Chef Mike O'Neill has been in the hospitality business for
over twenty years. First, as a manager and bartender in Bronx, NY, then as an owner and Head Chef of the River's Edge restaurant
in Yonkers, NY.
Building on his own passion for cooking, Mike worked and trained with Chef Sal Tacetta (currently
owner/chef of "Ciao" Italian Restaurant in Chatham, NY.) Sal gave Mike the knowledge of three generations of home-stylle
Italian cooking. Mike took overt in the kitchen and, for the next eight years provided Westchester with some of the finest
Italian, Cajun, Continental and various other style foods in the county.
Eager to spend more time with his family,
Mike started Custom Cuisine Personal Chef Service, which enables Mike to provide the same great food to Fairfield County residents
on a personal basis and so the thing he loves best...cooking!
