AN EVENING IN TUSCANY

Course 1

Fresh Mozzarella with Fresh Roasted Peppers and Fresh Basil
Topped with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Course 2
-Eggplant Rollatine-slices of eggplant,egg battered and fried, wrapped around a ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan filling, topped with fresh Pomarola Sauce and mozzarella…then baked in the oven.
-Mussels Bon Gusto-fresh mussels steamed in garlic and white wine, topped with seasoned bread crumbs and broiled.

Fresh Mixed Green Salad with Gorgonzola Balsamic Vinigrette

Fresh Cavatelli with Mainara Sauce

Course 5

-Chicken Cappomaggi-boneless breast of chicken topped with eggplant, proscuitto, and melted mozzarella, sautéed in a sherry wine sauce.

-Breaded and Baked Filet of Sole topped with Salsa Puttanesca (chopped tomatos,garlic,capers,olives,and anchovy lightly sautéed in olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.)

- Served with Sauteed Baby Spinach and Herbed Parmesan Potatos.
