Custom Cuisine Personal Chef Service will create customized menus for you based upon information you have provided me at your free in-home consultation. The day of your service I will shop for the freshest ingredients, and prepare 10 or 20 entrees (depending upon your service selection) for one, two, or more persons, as well as some side dishes. Additional entrees for guests are available, at an additional cost, with advanced notification. With each service, I will provide a list of reheating instructions. Some are for the microwave and others go in the oven. I will then clean up your kitchen, and leave you with a refrigerator and freezer packed with homemade, preservative free, healthy, and delicious meals. Custom Cuisine will take care of everything.
